If you have an announcement to appear in Southside's weekly bulletin, please submit it to
Bulletin. Note that bulletin announcements are limited to 40 words. Please include a
contact name, phone number, and e-mail address.

Southeastern Regional Lectureship
August 31st, the registration fee will increase to $100. This early bird special is extended
to Southside members only. All other guests will have to pay $100. Registration forms
can be found in the foyer. Please submit completed forms along with along with payment
to Jackie Gambrell or Tina Williams. If you have any questions, contact Dineen
Merriweather or Kristi Davis.

Communion Preparation
To the Ladies & Young Ladies of Southside: If you are interested in assisting with
communion preparation during 2008, please place your name and phone number on the
sign up sheet in the foyer. Thanks for your help.

For all Baptismal Committee members and all sisters who are interested in serving on the

Brothers and Sisters! If you would like to help with the publication of the Heart to Heart

919-596-3732. We would love to have you help proof-read Southside's Heart-to-Heart
Newsletter.

Are you interested in technology?
Attention Southside, your assistance is needed. In order to continue our monthly church
newsletter, volunteers are needed. If you are interested in participating in the rotation for
doing the desktop publishing portion of the monthly church newsletter, please see Kristi
Davis, Georgette Washington or Sherolyn Patterson. The only requirement is that you
have access to email and a computer.

QEI Afterschool Program
If you have a love and/or a gift for working with children, then the AfterSchool Program
at QEI is looking for you. If you are interested in working Monday thru Friday from 3pm
to 6pm, please contact Sis. Clara Hawley.
