Serving in Boy2Men
- Active Southside COC member.
- 3–5 years of experience working with young men.
- Clean background check.
Who We Serve
Boy2Men walks with young men ages 6–18 as they navigate identity, responsibility, and faith in a challenging culture. We create spaces where boys can ask honest questions, build brotherhood, and see what Christ‑centered manhood looks like up close.
Through teaching, mentoring, and hands‑on experiences, young men learn how to lead at home, in church, at school, and in the community with integrity and courage.

If you have a heart for investing in young men, Boy2Men offers opportunities to serve as a consistent mentor—whether you’re leading sessions, supporting logistics, or simply showing up faithfully as a godly example.
Leadership & Growth
- Bi‑weekly leadership and growth sessions that address character, identity, and everyday decision‑making.
- Individual Personal Development Plans so each young man has a clear, personalized path for growth.
Finance, Career & Service
- Finance and career exploration activations that expose young men to stewardship, calling, and practical skills.
- Community service inside and outside the church, helping them live out servant leadership.
